The Fastest existing Animal - Vol. 2; Marine





Now, we have here are The Fastest existing Animal blog series of Kaalamandia. Last volume - which is the "fastest animal in land" listed to be the cheetah, now we'll discuss the list of Marine Animal existing in this generation...










1. Sailfish (68 mph)


This blue-to-gray in color fish had breaked the cheetah's record as - 60 mph... But it says that it's the fastest living animal on water!Not quite enough to compete with cheetah in land. It has characteristics same as Swordfishes and other Marlins with it's Enlongated Bill.









2. Swordfish (60 mph)


Swordfishes are large, highly migratory, predatory fish characterized by a long, flat bill They are a popular sport fish, though elusive. Swordfish are elongated, round-bodied, and lose all teeth and scales by adulthood. They reach a maximum size of 177 in. (455 cm) and 1,400 lb (650kg).








3. Marlin (50 mph)
Marlins also known as spearfish are a family of large marine fishes.
They have an elongated body that in the larger species can exceed 4 m
or 13 feet in length, a spear-like snout , and a long rigid dorsal fin, which extends forwards to form a crest. Having it's speed on water of 50 mph, Marlins sure definitely deserves a spot here!
